In this private chef experience you'll try some of the freshest cuisines California has to offer. Chef Stephen has prepared an elegant menu featuring several options for building your own California-inspired dinner.

Begin with an appetizer, like roasted Baja shrimp with cilantro and tomatoes or baba ghanoush with toasted pita bread. After a fresh salad course, you have a choice of satisfying dishes, like roasted chicken with harissa-spiced green beans or salmon with a caper-herb salsa for your entrée. Then for dessert, enjoy decadent caramel budino custard.

Award-winning Chef Stephen has worked with several celebrity chefs during his time in professional kitchens. After graduating culinary school, he honed his skills in restaurants around California before settling down on the Las Vegas Strip.
