Satisfy your soul, appetite and craving for Southern flavor with a homemade soul food dinner.
Nothing says comfort and flavor quite like authentic soul food. In this private chef experience, Chef Tre will prepare a satisfying meal for you, using fresh ingredients and dynamic flavors. Begin with classic deviled eggs, followed by golden-fried crawfish fritters with Creole remoulade. Next, enjoy smothered fried chicken accompanied by favorite southern sides — macaroni and cheese, collard greens and chicken gravy. This heart-warming meal finishes with roasted banana pudding adorned with vanilla wafer cookies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had a wonderful time with Chef Tre! He has extensive fine dining experience and has worked at some of the best restaurants in the District. I highly recommend Chef Tre to anyone in the DC area that’s looking for an amazing culinary experience!

The food was delicious and abundant! We finished the night quite full and very satisfied. Perhaps our favorite part was the dessert. Not usually a huge pound cake fan, but this is not a usual pound cake - don't let your image of pound cake fool you! Chef Tre brought everything with him, so no need to even have plates or silverware. And when he left, we discovered some remaining risotto that he left for us so we could continue enjoying the experience days later. Thank you so much, Chef Tre!

Multi-talented Chef Tre was a Marine and a firefighter before tackling culinary school and launching his own catering company. His experience has taken him through restaurants helmed by some of the top chefs in the Washington, D.C. area. His focus is mainly on French, Italian, Creole and Cajun traditions. With a blend of technical savvy, imagination and passion, Chef Tre shares his love of all cuisine with his students.
