Nothing says comfort and flavor quite like authentic soul food in this private chef experience. Chef Tre will prepare a satisfying meal for you, using fresh ingredients and dynamic flavors.
Begin with fried deviled eggs, followed by golden-fried corn fritters with agave aioli. Next, enjoy sweet and spicy BBQ ribs accompanied by your favorite Southern sides - collard greens and cheesy grits. This heart-warming meal finishes with an incredible Rum raisin bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had such a wonderful experience with Chef Tre, who prepared an amazing surf-and-turf meal for my wife's birthday. This was actually our second time booking him for a private meal in our home, since the first dinner we had with him was so good. He even prepared extra for us, which we happily enjoyed the day after. Would highly recommend!

The food was delicious and abundant! We finished the night quite full and very satisfied. Perhaps our favorite part was the dessert. Not usually a huge pound cake fan, but this is not a usual pound cake - don't let your image of pound cake fool you! Chef Tre brought everything with him, so no need to even have plates or silverware. And when he left, we discovered some remaining risotto that he left for us so we could continue enjoying the experience days later. Thank you so much, Chef Tre!

Multi-talented Chef Tre was a Marine and a firefighter before tackling culinary school and launching his own catering company. His experience has taken him through restaurants helmed by some of the top chefs in the Washington, D.C. area. His focus is mainly on French, Italian, Creole and Cajun traditions.
