In this private chef experience, Chef Joshua Elias's culinary touch will transform your kitchen into a high-end seafood restaurant, complete with stunning dishes. Your elegant meal begins with guajillo pepper-infused shrimp with pear and pecans, followed by a plate of halibut on bean purée. Next, treat yourself to sumptuous scallops, risotto and peach gastrique. For dessert, indulge in a stone fruit cobbler that is to die for.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Josh was a delight to meet! We loved this experience and had a lot of fun learning cooking tips, new recipes, and about the food scene in Colorado in general. He was very informative and was able to answer any cooking question we had. Highly recommend!

Chef Joshua was absolutely wonderful and he made the experience comfortable and fun almost immediately. The selection of the recipes was great and the food was delicious. He was very nice to talk to and we came away with some awesome new recipes, a ton of restaurant recommendations, and reading material to understand how and why certain foods are prepared. Great experience, exceeded all expectations!

Already gave a tip. Appreciated the general food and cooking technique tips included in the session. Chef is very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. Didn't feel judged for not being very experienced. Very supportive. The food was delicious.

Joshua was incredible! My boyfriend and I had so much fun learning how to make pasta from scratch. The food was delicious but the overall experience and culinary knowledge/skills we gained was the best surprise. Having chef in my home was so smooth - we will definitely be booking again!

Our Savory Jaliscan Cuisine private chef experience with Chef Joshua was incredible. There were six of us and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. Not only that the food off-the-charts good, our conversations with Joshua was so much fun. We look forward to more experiences with Joshua.

There was a mixup with scheduling. My daughter set up a lesson for 1/5/24 and gave it to me for Christmas. When I tried to redeem the gift card, I couldn’t find the scheduled lesson. I did online chat and explained I was to have chef Elias on 1/5 at 6pm. They sent me a link and I confirmed appointment but I didn’t notice that they changed the date. He showed up on 12/29 when I was out of town. My wife explained that it was supposed to be 1/5 and he said no problem, I will return next week. Except he did not show. My daughter paid $200 for nothing. I have to pay again to get lesson. I am very disappointed and would never recommend this service to anyone!!!

We reserved this experience as a gift for my parents (celebrating their 50th anniversary), and it could not have gone better! They absolutely loved it! I booked Chef Joshua for a last-minute surprise birthday party for a friend and the night went wonderfully! He balanced conversation, cooking instruction, and maintaining the rest of the meal seamlessly. He got us involved with the pasta making process while making sure everything turned out delicious at the end!

The cooking class was great! My wife and I really enjoyed learning from Chef Joshua about how to make pasta. We were curious students of the game and he answered all of our questions about the pasta-making experience. We made gnocchi a few days after his visit based on his guidance and it turned out excellent. I would highly recommend this to anyone with an interest in learning more or honing their craft.
