Bring the authentic tastes of France to your dinner table with Chef Diana.
In this private chef experience, Chef Diana will prepare four courses of classic French cuisine for you. Begin by exploring handmade chicken pâté served with pickles, onion confit and crostini. Next, you'll enjoy a garden fresh peach and tomato gazpacho before diving into pork braise aux choux rouges — pork braised in red cabbage — with potatoes au gratin, and sautéed mushrooms. End dinner with lemon and vanilla crème brûlée.

Chef Diana was very knowledgeable on the French cuisine. She was patient and kind with those of us who are not as experienced with cooking. She took the time to make sure all our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious!
Meet your chef
Over the course of a successful career, Chef Diana has proven time and again her desire to explore a diverse range of cooking styles, cuisines and flavors. Over the last six years, Chef Diana has spent time in breakfast, French, and dinner restaurants, but has primarily focused on developing her skills as a pastry chef, and as a chocolatier. Recently, Chef Diana relocated to San Antonio to focus on work as a personal chef.
