Sit back, relax and enjoy as Chef JE orchestrates a symphony of Southeast Asian flavors.
During this private chef experience, Chef JE will prepare for you an exotic four-course menu by fusing a variety of recipes, flavors, ingredients and cooking techniques from the Philippines, Japan, Thailand and beyond. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include Filipino-style calamari fritters, miso-glazed wild mushrooms, a sweet and spicy whole fish Thai curry entrée, and a perfectly crispy and creamy Japanese-inspired lychee cheesecake tempura for dessert.
