During this private chef experience, Chef Demeatrie will prepare for you a festive spread of appetizers and small bites perfect for your New Year's or holiday party. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include fig, pistachio and orange baked brie or baked brie with grapes and walnuts, pan fried onion-white cheddar hot dip with chips, celery and carrots, black eyed pea fritters, flourless chocolate cakes with pomegranate coulis and more!

The food was delicious, and the portions were huge, so we have lots of great leftovers! Everything was very easy and covid safe (face masks and social distancing). Chef Demeatrie surprised us with beautiful custom menus commemorating our specific event. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be reaching out again to have Chef Demeatrie cater another meal.
