Get ready for a plant-based holiday feast of vegan appetizers, side dishes, entrées, and desserts.

During this private chef experience, Chef Jordan will prepare for you a multi-course vegan holiday dinner menu using a variety of fresh, high-quality, plant-based ingredients. Some of the dishes you can look forward to choosing from during this gourmet culinary experience include butternut squash fondue, a vegan turkey roast with balsamic gravy and cranberry sauce, apple and celery stuffing with sage, and vegan apple pie streusel for dessert. Many ingredients featured on this menu are organic, non-GMO and local.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I booked a CozyMeal experience with my boyfriend during our vacation to San Diego, and let me just say—we’ll definitely be booking with Chef Jordan again! As someone visiting from the East Coast, I was blown away by the quality and thoughtfulness he brought to the table (literally). Every ingredient was organic and gluten-free—something that’s tough to find back home—and the entire meal felt both nourishing and indulgent. Jordan's knowledge, passion, and warmth made the experience unforgettable. He brought great energy into the kitchen, and even traveled an hour to meet us at our Airbnb! He came fully prepared with specialty tools we didn’t have on hand, and together we cooked an incredible meal—with enough leftovers to enjoy for the next couple of days. If you're considering a CozyMeal in the San Diego area, don't hesitate—Chef Jordan is a amazing.

It was a great class. The class was very hands on allowing us to improve our skills. I really enjoyed making pasta and a marinara sauce from scratch.
