In this private chef experience, Chef Ahki has crafted a comforting menu of Italian culinary delights for you to enjoy. For your first course, he will prepare and serve a bite-sized appetizer of freshly baked garlic bread bruschetta. Then, sit back, relax, and indulge in a helping of fresh pasta made from scratch with your protein of choice: Juicy, seasoned chicken or sweet, buttery scallops. Make sure to save room for dessert as classic strawberry cheesecake awaits you.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Ahki has a deliciously innovative style that is truly original. The way he combines flavor profiles is something you must experience first hand. Not only does he know what he’s doing in the kitchen, he also knows how to deliver it to the table. I had such a great time learning from him! You can tell he loves to feed people, and it shows in the food he makes. What a treat!
Meet your chef
After earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Chef Ahki changed tracks and decided to forgo medical school to pursue a professional career as a chef. Although a self-taught culinarian, Chef Ahki graduated from line cook to sous chef in less than two years. Today, Chef Ahki is the sous chef at a four-star hotel in New Orleans, and plays host to a variety of interactive culinary experiences.
