Tuscany tends to summon images of vast farmland and vineyards at sunset, simple flavors and comforting dishes. In this private chef experience, Chef Matt will prepare four courses of regional favorites, including Italian wedding soup or hearts of romaine salad, cavatelli with vegetable ragout or salmon with pesto spaghettini, pan-seared koji-cured beef culottes with mashed kohlrabi and kale chips, and a chocolate torte or dunderi for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
