What You’ll Do

Chef Matt will take you on a culinary adventure with impressive cuisine.

In this private chef experience, Chef Matt presents four courses of curated recipes created specifically for a date night in. Indulge as Chef Matt prepares your meal, serves each course and cleans up. Begin with black bean hummus and chipotle crackers or kale salad with chèvre and citrus, and matcha linguine with asparagus or a lobster croquette. Then, enjoy seared duck breast with gochujang barbecue sauce, and a flourless chocolate torte for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Matt's passion for cooking and desire to share his knowledge has been shaped by the many culinary experiences he has acquired throughout his career. His background includes being a sous chef for James Beard nominee Chef Jenn Louis, being a top 10 finalist in the Food Network's "Christmas Cookie Challenge" and running his own catering bakery business. Chef Matt is a creative chef who enjoys the process of teaching and training others.

This was for a 50th anniversary dinner. Matt was a joy to have in our home. His food had layers of flavor. The food was fantastic. Each dish had something extra from Matt's stash of seasonings. To top it off, dessert came from a relative's recipe (but of course with Matt's own spin) which just shows you how good Matt is and how relatable he is. This was the exact experience we were looking for. Thank you many times over!
