Private Chef - New American Plant Based Feast

Chef Regina has curated a colorful and delicious plant-based feast for you.

This private chef experience with Chef Regina is built around fresh produce that's utilized to craft a healthy and flavor-packed meal. Begin with a spiral vegetable tart made with mozzarella and pistachio-basil pesto, and potato-corn chowder with coconut milk and smoked paprika. Next, enjoy petite crabless cakes made with hearts of palm, garbanzo beans and wakame flakes, and lemon curd cheesecake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

A group of four of us attended Chef Regina's cooking class and I must say we were all extremely pleased! Only one from the group was vegan but we all were pleasantly surprised at how good everything tasted. She was very thorough in explaining the cooking process, choosing ingredients and even possible substitutions. Her class is a must for any vegans out there or for anyone wanting to try something new! I highly recommend Chef Regina. 5 stars!
