Private Chef - Romantic Seafood Feast
Plan the perfect date night in with this seafood feast handcrafted by Chef Chris. You'll begin with braised octopus, Japanese eggplant and roasted shishito peppers, followed by a peppery arugula salad with figs and goat cheese. For the entrée, enjoy seared scallops with either brown butter, whipped yucca root and braised greens, or whipped sweet potatoes with herbed oil and citrus green beans. Poached pears with caramel gelato will be served for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
