In this refined private chef experience, Chef Jane will prepare three renowned French-inspired Caribbean Creole dishes completely from scratch. Begin with a seasonal soup before enjoying a crispy seared white fish sided by a potato dish, perfectly wilted greens and a decadent sauce made with coconut and curry. Finish up with flaming bananas Foster and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
