Private Chef - Elegant French Creole Fare


Enjoy a menu of French-influenced Creole dishes straight from the heart of Louisiana.
In this refined private chef experience, Chef Jane will prepare three renowned French-inspired Caribbean Creole dishes completely from scratch. Begin with a seasonal soup before enjoying a crispy seared white fish sided by a potato dish, perfectly wilted greens and a decadent sauce made with coconut and curry. Finish up with flaming bananas Foster and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Inviting Chef Jane to our home was a culinary delight. As reggae tunes set the mood, she adeptly guided us through the Caribbean feast, teaching knife skills, kitchen organization, and essential cooking techniques. Each of us had our dish segments, and under her expert coordination, everything came together flawlessly. The highlight? Torching our own crème brûlées to perfection. I highly recommend Chef Jane for an immersive and memorable cooking experience!

It was an awesome experience. Jane was extremely nice and patient, answered all questions, and made us feel comfortable cooking. Funny, endearing, what more could you ask for. For those that fear covid, she took all necessary precautions and we would cook with her again. What would this review be without speaking on how delicious the food is. I'm excited for leftovers tomorrow :)
