Chefs Vivian and Michi elevate the evening with a live sushi-making station, making this event perfect for both corporate and private parties. Enjoy the interactive, social atmosphere as you savor trays of expertly prepared sushi creations.

Begin with blistered shishito peppers drizzled with smoked soy sauce and togarashi. Enjoy crispy vegetable gyoza paired with chili crisp for the perfect crunch, then savor the signature salmon roll, combining fresh avocado, salmon, eel sauce and yuzu aioli. The crispy shrimp tempura adds a playful twist, while the surprise roll showcases the fish of the day with tobiko and crispy garlic. Complete your meal with a refreshing scoop of vanilla gelato topped with matcha dust. With live preparation by the chefs, this experience is as vibrant as it is delicious.
