Embark on an unforgettably delicious culinary journey to Italy's two southernmost regions with Chef AJ.
During this private chef experience, Chef AJ will prepare a four-course feast that showcases the beauty of Sicilian and Calabrian fare in a spectacular way. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include a classic Sicilian eggplant caponata, an ethereal shrimp and scallop risotto with fresh herbs, traditional Italian pastries with pistachio cream, and more.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef AJ's culinary background and expertise reaches far and wide. A gourmet chef for more than 20 years, he has opened over 130 restaurants, owns food studios and design kitchens, and has been involved with the setup of several teaching kitchens and classes in Seattle. Chef AJ is the proud recipient of a slew of awards, including a four-time Pioneering Concept Award winner. He looks forward to sharing his culinary expertise and cooking techniques with you!
