During this private chef experience, Chef Demeatrie will prepare an elegant four-course menu featuring fresh takes on classic comfort foods. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include mini halloumi sandwiches with kale and peach preserves, a refreshing apple pear spinach salad, roasted salmon with melon beurre blanc and pomegranate saffron rice, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The food was delicious, and the portions were huge, so we have lots of great leftovers! Everything was very easy and covid safe (face masks and social distancing). Chef Demeatrie surprised us with beautiful custom menus commemorating our specific event. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be reaching out again to have Chef Demeatrie cater another meal.
