This private chef experience will focus on a culinary flavor fusion between Italian and Japanese cuisine. Begin with tuna tartare and a quail egg followed by a fresh spinach salad drizzled with pancetta-ponzu dressing. Next, savor fresh Dungeness crab spaghetti and koji-cured bone-in pork chop dressed with Japanese plum wine and demi-glace reduction studded with chunky prunes. Finish with a dessert of creamy matcha panna cotta.
