Enjoy an eclectic Japanese surf and turf dinner featuring fresh ingredients prepared by Chef Shinya.

This private chef experience begins with dining on fresh sashimi, spinach ohitashi with manila clams, and chawanmushi, a savory, hot egg custard with shrimp. Follow this with an entrée of grass-fed New York steak accompanied by fresh wasabi, milled steamed rice, and miso, and end with dessert: Premium coffee and homemade panna cotta with sweet red bean paste.
