Journey through Mexico with this seafood bounty prepared by Chef Chris.

Travel to another country in this private chef experience where Chef Chris will prepare a three-course menu focused on a cornucopia of seafood. Begin dining on refreshing shrimp ceviche served with crispy tostadas. Then, enjoy an entrée of salmon al pastor with vibrant pineapple salsa served with zesty street corn. End your meal on a sweet note with buñuelos dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Class was great and exceeded expectations. Chef Chris was super hospitable and helpful. Answered any and all questions and helped make a fantastic meal. There was plenty of food for our group to eat and all take another 2 meals worth of leftovers. Well worth the $ and a great experience.

We loved this class so much! Chris was kind, patient, and fun to talk to while we cooked. We had done a larger cooking class before, but we really appreciated the cozy setting in Chris's home because it allowed us to actually make every item. We learned so much and had a great time; the homemade corn tortillas were to die for, and I'm so excited to make them at home. The end result was SO delicious...we wished our stomachs were bigger. Thank you, Chris!

My daughter and I took this class on a trip to Vegas. Christian is a skilled chef and taught us how to make some delicious Korean dishes. We left with some generous boxes for future meals as well. Very fun experience!
