After beginning his culinary career as a dishwasher, Chef Chris went on to earn an associate’s degree in culinary arts, and a bachelor’s degree in food service management. After finishing culinary school, Chef Chris worked under a James Beard-nominated chef at his flagship restaurant in an up-and-coming neighborhood in Miami. During that time, Chef Chris further honed his skills and emerged as a leader in the kitchen.

We loved this class!! I have been looking for a class like this for years and it exceeded every expectation. Chris was so informative and it was amazing meeting his wife who is also an incredible chef! We plan to take more classes with Chef Chris next time we're in town!

Chef Chris was terrific! He had us participating in food preparation right from the start. He had lots of tricks and information to share. Not only did we learn a lot - the food was AMAZING! Chris was phenomenal. He explained everything in detail, very patient, and we even met his wife and baby at his home. I would like to let him know how much my bf and I enjoyed his cooking class of Street Mexican food. I even learned how to properly cut an onion. We had such a fun time!! Sholanda
