Enjoy a Big Easy brunch that will leave you singing a jazzy tune.
During this private chef experience, Chef Jared will prepare a three-course brunch menu showcasing a handful of classic recipes and distinct flavor profiles hailing from New Orleans. You'll enjoy bananas Foster French toast complete with pyrotechnics, crab cakes Benedict with andouille sausage, and classic beignets with wildflower honey.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Bananas Foster French Toast
With brioche, cinnamon, flambéed bananas, bacon and rum butter
Crab Cakes Benedict
With andouille, hash browns, sautéed holy trinity and Creole hollandaise
Beignets
With wildflower honey and powdered sugar

Chef Jared has also spent time traveling through and living in Central America, and even ran a kitchen in Panama during his time there. Chef Jared now caters and specializing in in-home dinner parties, events, and teaching incredible cooking classes you won't want to miss!
