In this private chef experience, Chef Fernanda will prepare five enticing courses with the rich flavors of Mexico without the meat. Begin with picadillo featuring zucchini, carrots and a chipotle-tomato broth, then enjoy poblano peppers with corn and cashew crema, a tofu and Soyrizo scramble, and zesty coconut ceviche. Finish your meal with delicious black bean brownies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
