Turn a simple selection of meats and cheeses into a show-stopping charcuterie display.

This online cooking class from Chef Angela-Michelle will help you transform your next party spread into a charcuterie showcase. Learn the art of thoughtful arrangement as you take your platter creation skills to the next level. You'll work with a selection of prosciutto, fine cheeses, tangy olives and flavored crackers to produce a charcuterie anyone will be eager to devour with both their eyes and their taste buds.


Kit Description

Stunning Charcuterie Board
Each kit includes 4 oz portions of three cheeses: Humboldt Cypress grove soft goat, gruyère and two-year aged VSOP gouda; 3 oz portions of prosciutto and Brooklyn Cured Meats salami; individual packets of olives and Marcona almonds; a mini jar of peach marmalade; and Rustic Bakery olive oil crackers. Recipe cards are also included.

Growing up on a family farm with chefs for parents, Chef Angela-Michelle learned how to cook at the age of six and bake at the age of eight. Now, Chef Angela-Michelle has become certified in plant-based nutrition, has published several cookbooks, has traveled the world to hone her culinary craft, is the host of two TV cooking shows and is the founder and owner of her own successful cooking company that teaches others how to shop, cook, eat and live well.

This class was gifted to me by my daughter and her husband for my birthday, and it was such a fun and meaningful way to spend time together while making yummy food. We cooked a delicious Ethiopian vegan feast, including several flavorful dishes and injera bread, which was especially fun and memorable to make. I learned new Ethiopian cooking techniques, how to work with unfamiliar spices, and gained a better understanding of the injera-making process. Chef Angela was warm, friendly, and very skilled. She explained each step clearly, demonstrated techniques well, and regularly checked in to make sure everyone was keeping up. My favorite moment was making the injera and sharing the whole experience with my daughter. The only minor drawbacks were that the 45-minute class felt a bit short for preparing three dishes, even with ingredients prepped, and the listed 30-minute prep time realistically took closer to an hour. The class was also confirmed only 24 hours in advance, which made ingredient shopping a bit rushed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the feast! I’d recommend this class to anyone who enjoys trying new cuisines, loves Ethiopian food, or wants a fun online cooking experience to share with family.
