Prep Work Details

Bring butter and eggs up to room temperature. Measure out and separate the sugar and cream.

This was our second class with Chef Stefano and it was as good, if not better than the first. Our gnocchi was easy to make, crispy on the outside, light and pillowy on the inside, and delicious with the cheese sauce. Hearing the backstory about tiramisu was as fun as making (and enjoying) it. Highly recommend!
