Online Cooking Class - Plant-Based Lentil Mole

Learn to create a chef-worthy plant-based dish with Casa Verde Lentil Mole.

During this live and complimentary online cooking class with Chef Vivian and Chef Michi, you will learn to turn Casa Verde Lentil Mole into a mouthwatering plant-based meal. First, Chef Vivian and Michi will teach you how to quick-pickle red onions. Next, you will use your pickled onions to create a zesty and spicy jalapeño salsa. Finish the class by assembling a balanced and hearty dish with Casa Verde's mole featuring tender lentils, mushrooms and charred onion in a traditional poblano sauce.

This experience is brought to you in collaboration with Casa Verde: We've teamed up with Casa Verde to bring you recipes and ideas to complement their ready-to-eat meals. Casa Verde honors traditional Latin cuisine with natural ingredients, vibrant colors and authentic flavors passed down from generations.

I booked this cooking class as a surprise for my husband’s birthday and we had a blast. Michi and Vivi were so welcoming and helpful with providing tips. There was never a dull moment. The food was delicious! We definitely plan on going back or hosting an event with our friends. Definitely a wonderful experience.

This was an amazing experience. The chefs were incredibly friendly, welcoming and very well organized. It was immediately apparent they love what they do and you could see they enjoyed watching the spark of learning in their "students" ignite. I would definitely recommend taking a lesson with them if you have the opportunity.
