During this interactive online cooking class with Chef Carlos live from Madrid, Spain, you will learn how to prepare two popular Venezuelan street food recipes. From homemade arepas stuffed with a brightly-flavored chicken and avocado filling to fresh cachapas filled with mozzarella cheese, you'll discover that these authentic Venezuelan recipes are all about taking simple, readily available ingredients and transforming them into some of the most uniquely delicious culinary masterpieces.

Prep Work Details

Prepare the chicken breast before class by roasting it on high heat in the oven with a pinch of salt at 180*C for about 20 minutes, or boil the chicken in water with skin on and a clove of garlic, some oregano and a bay leaf.

Carlos was so great! My only critique is that the recipes in the event did not exactly line up with the recipes he had us follow during the cooking class. I just wish everything was clear and in correct terms in the event. Besides that, he is amazing and the food was so good!!!
