In this live interactive online cooking class with Chef Roxy, you will learn how to prepare an authentic Mediterranean eggplant carpaccio and from-scratch tahini sauce right in your own kitchen. Chef Roxy will teach you a home-grilling technique to make your eggplant irresistibly soft and smoky, before building beautiful layers of flavor into a carpaccio drizzled with your homemade tahini sauce. This dish is 100% gluten free, and perfect for any and all occasions!

This class is amazing!! We are new to plant based eating and wanted to discover some new recipes. We love Carpaccio and were pleasantly surprised that this is a carpaccio recipe! Roxy is amazing! It is so fun to have a chef in our kitchen remotely! Roxy showed us a new way to cook eggplant that we can use is many different recipes!! She also helped us with our knives skills and other tips/tricks for the kitchen. Take this class you will love it! It’s a great gift as well. The final result is delicious! We could not stop eating it! And we can make it in advance for company! Our only mistake was not taking pictures to share! We will be looking for other classes taught by Roxy!

Great class with a great result! So many tips on using our knifes correctly, keeping them sharp, prepping our work station, and cooking our ingredients! Eggplant Capriccio is delicious! Don't miss this one!
