This was our first Cozymeal class — and it far exceeded expectations! Chef Victoria was so organized and provided so much info. It was hands-on, and the 3 breads and the butters we made were delicious! Looking forward to trying more cooking adventures with Cozymeal.

Chef Mitzie was terrific. She had everything prepared in advance so we could spend our time cooking, not measuring. a very hands on experience where she guided us and elaborated on the recipes and how to tweak them, exactly what flour and tomatoes to use (yes, it makes a difference), without trying to sell us anything. It was a small group to begin with (6 people) but one couple had to cancel and the other just didn't show up, so we wound up with our own private class for my husband's birthday!

I thought this was a good class and the instructor knowledgeable. We did not have the chef that was mentioned, but a resident chef. I feel on this class was a bit misleading. Not sure I would go through cozymeal again.

From learning to slow-roast beef for the most flavorful beef bourguignon to crafting a perfectly balanced side salad, every step was explained with patience and expertise. The grand finale—chocolate crêpes with chantilly cream—was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable evening. Chef Wendy's passion for cooking shines through in every aspect of her teaching, and her friendly demeanor makes the experience all the more enjoyable. I walked away with not only new culinary skills but also a deeper appreciation for French cuisine. Bonus points for allowing us to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class—it made the evening feel even more special.
