Cooking Class - Simple Risotto and Paella


Discover the beauty and simplicity of two of the world's best, most renowned rice dishes.

In this hands-on class, Chef Cindy and David take the mystery out of cooking Italian risotto and Spanish paella by showing you the essential techniques to mastering these incredible dishes.

You will make a satisfying roasted vegetable paella as well as a smoked chicken and wild mushroom risotto. While these dishes cook and their juices mingle, flavors intensify, and textures tenderize, you will work on making a kale Caesar salad with homemade dressing as well as learn how to handcraft your very own luscious espresso truffles for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
