Loved learning macarons with Chef Stephanie! She shared so many helpful tips and little tricks that made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Took the Tarte class taught by Chef Stephanie, it was a wondeful experience. Chef was very informative and able to answer all our groups questions. Gave awesome demonstrations and ample time for hands on. Personable and educational, would recommend this course specifically and look forward to hopefully taking more in the future as she hosts a variety of classes.
