Cooking Class - The Science Behind Pate a Choux

Come and learn how to make a simple dough called "pate a choux" to make some chocolate eclairs, cream puffs and gougere. You will also learn how to make a chocolate pastry cream as well as a chocolate ganache.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
