Come and learn how to make a simple dough called "pate a choux" to make some chocolate eclairs, cream puffs and gougere. You will also learn how to make a chocolate pastry cream as well as a chocolate ganache.

Chef Stephanie’s Pâte à Choux class was such a treat (pun intended)! She made everything super detailed and hands-on, and patiently guided me through the steps. I walked out not only more confident but also excited to keep practicing (and eating) my choux creations.

Chef Stephanie was fantastic. My daughters and I had a wonderful time, while learning new cooking techniques. I immediately came home and personally was able to put my education to work, making crepes and new sauces. My husband has a salt allergy so I was able to apply her teaching to my limitations on salt at home. The crepes have been a huge success for dinners, lunch, & breakfast. I even smoked my own fresh salmon tonight for crepes.
