Cooking Class - Master Authentic Spanish Paella
In this hands-on class with Chef Marc, you'll learn how to cook an authentic Spanish dinner beginning with classic patatas bravas and pan con tomate.
After the starters, you'll begin preparing your paella from scratch using the freshest seafood from top fish companies in San Francisco. You'll learn that paella is at its best cooked at home, made in the traditional way, and that nothing in Spanish cooking compares to carrying a massive pan of golden-brown rice out to the table...except the pleasure of digging in.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
