Cooking Class - Spanish and Catalan Cuisine
In this hands-on class, Chef Marc will expose you to a unique mix of flavors and techniques with his three-course menu featuring the culinary cultures of both Spanish and Catalan cuisines.
You'll begin with a fresh seasonal tomato salad featuring burrata and kalamata olives. For the entree, you'll prepare a succulent black cod dish with samfaina sauce — a traditional gem of a dish made by simmering an array of vegetables together into a thick, flavorful sauce that almost resembles a vegetable marmalade. For dessert, a luscious Catalan-style caramelized custard cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
