Learn how to prepare a dazzling display of sushi and Asian specialties with Chef Harold.

In this hands-on class with Chef Harold, you will learn an impressive array of both traditional and modern techniques, tips, tricks, and recipes to bring a spectacular sushi feast to the table.

Chef Harold will demonstrate how to properly cook sushi rice and how to prepare fresh vegetables, such as how to julienne cucumbers, make decorative vegetable flowers, and thinly slice avocados. Not only will each and every one of your courses be absolutely delicious, they also may be (almost) too beautiful to eat!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class. Gluten free soy sauce, tempura batter and teriyaki sauce is available upon request.

Chef Harold was great! Food is amazing, he is charismatic and interesting and he makes a great teacher! I had planned the class as a surprise to my boyfriend and we both loved it. Ended up with so many tasty rolls that we invited our friends to come eat them with us afterwards. Highly recommend.
