Cooking Class - Sushi Spectacular
In this hands-on class with Chef Harold, you will learn an impressive array of both traditional and modern techniques, tips, tricks and recipes to bring a spectacular sushi feast to the table.
Chef Harold will demonstrate how to properly cook sushi rice and how to prepare fresh vegetables, such as how to julienne cucumbers, make decorative vegetable flowers and thinly slice avocados. Some of the sushi you'll prepare includes a bacon, lettuce and tuna roll, a classic California roll, spicy tuna with a mango Sriracha sauce and lobster maki.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Gluten-free soy sauce, tempura batter and teriyaki sauce is available upon request
