Learn how to prepare a dazzling display of sushi and Asian specialties with Chef Harold.

In this hands-on class with Chef Harold, you will learn an impressive array of both traditional and modern techniques, tips, tricks, and recipes to bring a spectacular sushi feast to the table.

Chef Harold will demonstrate how to properly cook sushi rice and how to prepare fresh vegetables, such as how to julienne cucumbers, make decorative vegetable flowers, and thinly slice avocados. Not only will each and every one of your courses be absolutely delicious, they also may be (almost) too beautiful to eat!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class. Gluten free soy sauce, tempura batter and teriyaki sauce is available upon request.

This was my first experience with both sushi making, and Chef Harold - without question it won't be the last! Harold is a charismatic, knowledgeable, and talented chef that brings with him decades of experience which is immediately prevalent as soon as you meet him. Our two- and half-hour class went by in a flash, and it was the perfect combination of eating, learning, and laughing. No matter the occasion, Chef Harold will no doubt come prepared and leave you planning your next event him before he leaves. Well done, Chef - we already look forward to seeing you again.

Just finished up our class with Harold, and we had a blast! The food was amazing and learning from Harold was super fun. Such a great teacher and entertainer as well! Highly recommend this for groups of all sizes. Thank you Harold!
