Learn to wield your knife and slice your way through an array of sushi classics.
Despite sushi's ubiquity, there still seems to be an air of mystery surrounding this Japanese delicacy. To dispel the mystery, Chef Lee will demystify the techniques that seem impossible to master — like slicing the fish perfectly — in this hands-on sushi-making class.
Chef Lee will focus on helping you master the knife skills used by the world’s best sushi chefs by guiding you through more advanced cutting techniques. You will then apply your new skills and knowledge to properly fabricate and slice fresh seasonal fish and create three stunning Japanese classics.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After earning his bachelors degree in culinary management, Chef Lee began working as a sushi chef. After cooking in many renowned restaurants and teaching “sushi school” at a top restaurant in Philadelphia, Chef Lee discovered his passion for hospitality.
