Demystify the process of handcrafting perfectly poppable sushi rolls by honing your knife skills.
In this hands-on sushi-making class, Chef Lee will teach you both the technicality and the artistry of sushi making, and place you on a path to becoming a true sushi sophisticate.
Chef Lee focuses on teaching the secrets to using your knife like a professional culinarian. You'll then prepare three different rolls while also learning how to properly prepare sushi rice from scratch. The skills you learn in this class can be applied to any type of cuisine and ensure proper cutting and culinary presentation each and every time!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lee is a very skilled teacher. We were able to do it at home with no problem. He also sent us home with some sushi vinegar and nori paper so that we wouldn’t have to go Grand Prairie to buy supplies before we began.

After earning his bachelors degree in culinary management, Chef Lee began working as a sushi chef. After cooking in many renowned restaurants and teaching “sushi school” at a top restaurant in Philadelphia, Chef Lee discovered his passion for hospitality. Chef Lee now hosts fun-filled, trendy and futuristic culinary experiences that are a true celebration of international flavor you do not want to miss!
