In this hands-on sushi-making class, Chef Lee will teach you both the technicality and the artistry of sushi making, and place you on a path to becoming a true sushi sophisticate.
Chef Lee focuses on teaching the secrets to using your knife like a professional culinarian. You'll then prepare three different rolls while also learning how to properly prepare sushi rice from scratch. The skills you learn in this class can be applied to any type of cuisine and ensure proper cutting and culinary presentation each and every time!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
