As a health coach, Chef Lilly knows there are many health benefits to eating raw foods. In this hands-on class, she teaches you how to prepare raw food that is not only nutritious, but also indescribably delicious!
Chef Lilly's approachable personality, health knowledge, and sense of humor make for a wonderful class that is incredibly informative and makes healthy cooking simple. In this class, you will create four unique raw food dishes that are vibrant, colorful, and full of flavor that brings out the true essence of each raw ingredient.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
