Chef Tay's brunch menu is as hearty as a Southern breakfast with all the spice of Cajun cooking. And you are invited to join in on the fun in this extraordinary hands-on class.

You will begin by making an elevated Southern classic dish of Cajun shrimp and grits — complete with New Orleans andouille sausage. Next up, a classic plate of chicken and homemade waffles. You will finish your Cajun brunch with an over-the-top grandeur and exquisite spectacle of a mesmerizing café brûlot.

Chef Tay was great. She explained to us step by step how everything should be done. Food was amazing, super tasty. It was great to have her come to our home since she showed us how to use our own kitchenware to cook all the food. I really recommend this class.

Since I have known this woman, she has been cooking! I am happy to see her share it with the world! The Mac & Cheese is the cheesiest, The Fried Chicken is the crispiest and if you name any seafood dish, she can execute it with TLC and finesse! The way her soul speaks through her dishes, it is riveting! I would book her for any event and be confident that my guests will not only have a satisfied palette, but also be met with incomparable service and professionalism!
