Chef Benny brings over ten years of experience in fine Italian dining preparation to the table in this hands-on class. Working with passion, creativity, and enthusiasm, Chef Benny will teach you everything you need to know to create his innovative Italian menu using traditional techniques.
You will begin by preparing a sweet, crunchy shaved fennel salad that delightfully sets the stage for a deeply flavorful and hearty mushroom ragu. Then, you will learn the skills to craft a crowd-pleasing chicken marsala. For dessert, an unbelievably divine chocolate amaretto mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

From Chef Benny's mouth-watering chicken marsala to his steak tartare, delectable sushi rolls, and amazing tapioca fruit custard -- all were absolutely amazing. The visual details were beyond measure, the taste, and use of various spices were simply divine.
