Diane was very knowledgeable but engaging at the same time. We really enjoyed the class.

This was a wonderful evening. I really went into the night not knowing what to expect, but was blown away from the beginning. First, the facility at the Boston Center for Adult Education was marvelous. It was in great condition and a really top level space. Second, Chef Jacqueline was a true pleasure. She provided some great insights into cooking. Additionally, the meal was challenging, but not so much as to make it burdensome. We were able to cook, learn, make new friends, and enjoy some wonderful food. My wife and I will certainly look to do another class in the future.

Very relax laid back . There were 15 people I think 10 would be better. Had to do a lot of sharing, crowded. Everyone was extremely pleasant so it was fun . Food was good and drinks were provided which were good.
