In this hands-on class, join Chef Aliza, a native of Mexico, as she leads you on a three-course culinary journey. By teaching you authentic techniques and using authentic ingredients, Chef Aliza shows you how any meal can be upgraded with a little Mexican twist.
You will kick off the class with a starter of shrimp salpicón. Next, learn how a banana leaf makes a fragrant and convenient fish-steaming packet as it seals in more moisture and infuses more flavor. Lastly, savor the sweet heat of Chef Aliza's decadent Mexican chocolate brownies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Her culinary journey includes over 14 years as a certified health and wellness coach, which has inspired a fresh and light cooking style that draws from a variety of different accents and flavors. She is also an accomplished food stylist, which is reflected in picture-perfect presentations you have to see to believe.
