Cooking Class - Seafood Fusion

Embrace the diversity offered by the fusion cuisine that has emerged out of California.

In this hands-on class, Chef Jen teaches you how to add your own twist to some of the best seafood fusion cuisine California has to offer. The incredibly fun and approachable nature of class ensures that you will be able to gain confidence in the kitchen all while enjoying an array of delicious dishes.

You will begin by fusing Asian and Mexican cuisines to create an ahi tuna appetizer. Then, you will work your way through three more courses, including fresh scallops and sides to round out the plate perfectly.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

An awesome date-night experience. Chef Jen did an outstanding job of hosting a relaxing Friday evening diner date for my wife and me. The menu consisted of Crabcakes served with a green bean frisée salad, New York steak with a cabernet mushroom sauce, chipotle creamed corn and finally whipped potatoes. The meal was delicious. We will definitely look into booking another event in the future. -Henry

This was my first experience at a cooking class and I was very impressed! Chef Jen was absolutely gracious and knowledgeable. There were four of us at the class and we all had a wonderful and fun time! The food was absolutely delicious and Chef Jen walked us through the steps and answered all of our questions. We are planning on booking another class with her ?.

Chef Jen, who has been in the kitchen for over 17 years, graduated from the Los Angeles Culinary Institute, and has worked at popular L.A. area restaurants such as The Palm, Gozar, Buca Di Beppo, and as a Whole Foods Market catering director.
