In this hands-on class, Chef Jen teaches you how to add your own twist to some of the best seafood fusion cuisine California has to offer. The incredibly fun and approachable nature of class ensures that you will be able to gain confidence in the kitchen all while enjoying an array of delicious dishes.
You will begin by fusing Asian and Mexican cuisines to create an ahi tuna appetizer. Then, you will work your way through three more courses, including fresh scallops and sides to round out the plate perfectly.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
