In this hands-on class, Chef Jen focuses on teaching you how to build an incredibly nutritious and delicious meal you will enjoy learning how to prepare. Chef Jen's innovative menu places an emphasis on lowering fat while adding more fiber and a ton of fresh produce.
The ultimate goal of this entertaining and easygoing class is to help you to gain confidence and be creative in the kitchen. Chef Jen does this by teaching practical and easy-to-master skills that are easy to apply in your own home kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
