Enjoy a meal of Parisian favorites while learning the techniques that bring them to life.
In this hands-on class, Chef Kate creates an exciting culinary experience resulting in a four-course meal showcasing the French classics. This class focuses on your mastery of the traditional techniques to give dishes that certain "je ne sais quoi."
The first technique you will learn involves making quenelles. The art of broiling is next as you perfect the classic topping to a French onion soup and add an air of crispness to your entree. Lastly, you will learn caramelizing using a kitchen torch to garnish a divine creme brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
