In this hands-on class, Chef Kate takes you on a culinary journey through regions of the Mediterranean, resulting in an unforgettable five-course meal.
Begin in Greece with a traditional salad before learning the secret to a perfectly smoky and creamy baba ganoush. Then, Chef Kate will show you how to pack serious flavor into lamb meatballs accompanied by a refreshingly tangy tzatziki. An Israeli couscous closes out the savory portion of the meal and sets the stage for the complexity of flavors you will enjoy in the Moroccan cake encore.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Without an extravagant approach to food, Chef Kate shows a deep knowledge of cooking and a perfect execution in every dish. What made the meal a singular one was the right mix of Mediterranean influences expertly combined into a very enjoyable experience.
