Chef Lisa is ready to introduce you to the different sides of one of our favorite ingredients of all time — chocolate. This hands-on class will offer an incredible tutorial all about making high-end chocolates.

Explore the mesmerizing method of tabling chocolate and handcrafting your very own cocoa confections from scratch, including truffled white chocolate coconut clusters and dark chocolate truffles. This decadent class with Chef Lisa includes chocolates to take home, along with recipes and expert tips and techniques so you can create your own chocolate creations at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lisa was amazing! This class was so much fun! She was fun, knowledgeable, and super patient with us. It felt like we knew Lisa for years, that's how comfortable she made us! 10/10. I loved how hands on it was and with her help, we felt confident. I will definitely do another class!
