In this hands-on class, Chef Frank takes you on a culinary journey through four major regions of Italy. You will prepare, discuss, and enjoy the different pasta dishes that represent each region for a unique and melodious sampling of the country's finest pastas.
Begin your journey in Sardinia with a zesty seafood rotallini. Trek to Modena for flavor-packed tubes of mostaccioli and then on to Puglia for little saucers of orecchiette filled with fresh pesto and spinach. Happily end your journey in Sicily with the most perfect pasta shells.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
