Cooking Class - Vegan Delight
In this hands-on cooking class using all dairy-free ingredients, Chef Maggie guides you through creating a three-course vegan menu that takes classic recipes and infuses them with fresh produce and more.
Begin by preparing a classic comfort food dish of macaroni and cheese with a subtly spiced sauce of cashew cream and roasted poblano peppers. Next, you'll use earthy beets in two ways: To mix up a creamy roasted beet hummus and to make lightly salted crispy chips using thinly sliced beets. End by transcending culinary customs with an impossibly creamy raw cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
