In this hands-on class, you will sharpen your knife skills with Chef Diane as you work your way through five dishes, all showcasing different cuts. You will cover proper techniques, skills, and safety, as well as foundational basics like dicing and chopping.
You will be able to wield a kitchen knife with confidence and cut with speed and precision in no time to create dazzling dishes that will inspire you to have more fun in the kitchen. Plus, these skills will undoubtedly encourage you to begin expanding your culinary repertoire.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
