In this class, Chef Diane will guide you through the creation of a spectacular five-course meal worthy of a highly coveted spot at an authentic Northern Italian food festival.
You will begin with a sweet and savory focaccia, and a refreshing and elegant raw asparagus salad with a tangy parmesan dressing. You will be in for a treat with a mushroom- and hazelnut-filled risotto and a traditional Italian shrimp dish. The hazelnut theme reappears later in the final dessert course with a luscious cake topped with bowl-licking ricotta whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
