The glitz and glamor of Provence, France shines through in this inspired five-course menu you will create with Chef Carol in the haute style of French cuisine.
Light, but full of earthy ingredients—such as salmon, olives, and capers—the appetizers make way for a braised chicken that will demonstrate an easy winter cooking technique while uniting Mediterranean flavors. The traditional tian featuring zucchini, potatoes, and tomatoes will be topped with a warm melting sauce. A classic French dessert will use light fruits for a bright and brilliant end to this meal.

A dynamic teacher, Chef Carol delivers classes designed to provide techniques and tips to make cooking successful and enjoyable. She holds a culinary arts degree and is an honors graduate from the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Dallas. She has worked with hundreds of nationally known instructors, cookbook authors, and professional chefs, and has years of experience as an instructor at Milestone Culinary Arts Center, Williams-Sonoma, and Le Creuset, to name a few.
