In this hands-on class, Chef Carol will tone down the "stuffing" factor and turning up the taste profile with healthy ingredients that add flavor and texture to this winter feast.
Still keeping with tradition, you will create a main course that delivers a smoky and citrusy flavor profile with a new take on turkey. Nourishing sides of butternut squash soup, haricots verts, and sweet potatoes leave behind heavy, calorie-laden ingredients without sacrificing those long awaited winter flavors. Lastly, enjoy a fresh take on a classic carrot cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
